Oracle ships Fusion Cloud updates every quarter — whether you're ready or not.
Most organizations aren't. Features go unadopted, regression testing is improvised, and defects sit open across module boundaries because nobody owns the seam between them. We build the governance that closes that gap — and do the hands-on functional work when something breaks.
What we do
Managed Support
Functional and technical support across Financials, Project Costing (PPM), Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Cash Management, Supply Chain, and HCM — including root-cause analysis on the defects that have been open for months.
Quarterly Update & Release Governance
Impact analysis, configuration and unit testing, integration testing, and go-live readiness for every Oracle release cohort. Predictable updates instead of quarterly fire drills.
Feature Adoption Roadmaps
Oracle Success Navigator assessments that turn release notes into a prioritized adoption plan tied to business outcomes.
Training & Enablement
Role-based curriculum design, Oracle University program planning, and knowledge transfer that keeps capability in-house.
Fusion Data Intelligence & Analytics
FDI and BI Publisher reporting builds — including the data-model work most teams discover only after the dashboard shows the wrong number.
The quarterly cycle
Four releases a year. One under active governance, always. That's the mark, and it's the practice: each Oracle quarterly update gets impact analysis before it lands, testing before it ships, and an adoption decision on every new feature — so the platform compounds instead of drifts.
Organizations that skip this don't save the work. They defer it, with interest, until an update breaks something in production.
